OUR PRODUCTS
All our products are hand crafted, made with care and passion using natural materials.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on our website exactly reproduce the color of the actual products. Even though we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that are on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
PROTECT YOUR JEWELRY
Most of our pieces are made of gold and freshwater pearls which are fragile by nature. All jewelry is vulnerable to daily life activities. Protect them by avoiding extreme temperatures, constant clashing, scratching and exposure to harsh chemicals to minimize damage or wear. Always be cautious when wearing delicate materials like natural stones and gold jewelry.
YOUR ORDER
By placing an order at Parle Perla, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents’ permission to buy from us. When you place an order, you will receive an email with the confirmation receipt of your order.
RETURNS
We assure that all purchased items are of high standard and quality. We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. We are not responsible for the transport costs of the return. Please note when returning an item, a refund will only take place when the product is unused, send back in the original packaging and contains a note or an email with the details of the return (your name, order number and reason of return). We cannot guarantee that purchased jewelry is used according to our terms & conditions, therefore we are not responsible for any damage including but not limited to broken chain, chipped, cracked or broken pearl, shells or gemstones. Additionally, items that have been bent out of shape, twisted or snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading or changing color will not be replaced. The customer is advised to follow our care guidelines for long lasting pleasure of purchased items.
CONDITIONS
If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item must be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing during shipment. Items which are incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged during shipment, the item cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted as return.
DELIVERY
Parle Perla ships worldwide. We aim to send your order within 2-3 workdays (depending on the availability of the product). Unforeseen cost for shipment or import are for the purchaser. International orders admittedly take longer.
